AND S. 23RD ST. AS MORE. PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN: AND TO CREATE A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO ASSESS THE COST AND EXPENSE OF SAID IMPROVEMENT AGAINST THE PROPERTIES IN SUCH DISTRICT SPECIALLY BENEFITED THEREBY: NOTIFYING ALL PERSONS WHO MAY DESIRE TO OBJECT TO SAID IMPROVEMENT TO APPEAR AND PRESENT THEIR OBJECTIONS AT A MEETIN(: OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON APRIL 22, 198t- AND CREATING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NC. 331 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINU' ON, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, to construct and install sanitary sewers and appurtenances thereto, in the following described area of the City to-wit: 1. (a) Description of Local Improvement District No. 331: See Exh.bit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein (b) Improvements: See exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth herein. There shall be included in the foregoing the acquisition and installation of all necessary valves, fittings, couplings, connections, equipment and appurtenances, and the acquisition of any easements, rights-of-way and land that may be required: and there shall further be included the performance of such work as may be incidental and necessary to the foregoing construction and installation. -I- RESOLUTION VO. 2598 The City Council may, in its eiscretion, modify and amend the details of the foregoing deacri:,ed improvement, including the finan�'nq thereof, where in its Judgment it appears advisable, provided such modifications and amendments do not substantially alter the general plan of said improvement project. All of the foregoing shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor to be prepared by the Director of Public Works of the City of Renton. SECTION II: The entire cost and expense of said improvement, unless hereafter timely modified or amended by the City Council, shall be borne by and assessed against the pruperty specially benefited by such improvement to be included in th, local improvement district to be established, embracing as near as may be all property specially benefited by such improvement. There shall be included in the cost and expense of said improveme ,ts all cost items specified in RCW 35.44.020. SECTION life All persons who may desire to object to the improvement herein described are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers of the City lfall, Renton, Washington at 800 P.M. on April 22, 1985, which time and place are hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said proposed improvement and all objections thereto and for determining the method of payment for said improvement.
