Dear Mr. Hancock:
Following review of the cost data Information you submitted requesting .
latecomer agreement for the Installation of 31n L.F. of B" PVC Sanita Sewer
Pipe, I find the amount allowaule for reimbursement to be $7,962,03, ' Costs for
consulting engineering services, design time, permit fees, location and pumping
of a septic tank and for laying the strip sewer for the above referenced address
are not allowable.
Before preparation of your latecomer agreement can begin, certain requirements
�.ust be met. They are as follows:
1. The original sanitary sewer (mylar) plan, approved by City officials,
must be "as-built" and certified by your engineer that the drawinj
represents the as-built condition of the installation.
2. Up, n receipt of the as-built plan, a final field inspection will be
co.rducted over the entire project site. All work related to the project
rust be completed to the Inspectors satisfaction.
I am aware that there is asphalt paving yet to he done in N.E. 2nd Place.
3. Submittal of a Bill of Sale turning the 310 L.F. of sanitary sewer pipe
and other appurtenances over to the City of Renton for operating and
maintenance.
4. Following completion of the nbnvr,, a letter to the Mayor and City Council
Is required. formally requesting the latecomer agreement.
