Dear Jerry:
The Public Works Department waives its previous requirement to have two utility
easements shown over Lot 1 on the face of the above-referenced short plat, prior to
recording. These two easements will be recorded with King County when lht Black River
Corporate Park Phase IV, Building 'A' project is finished.
You may proceed to have the subject short plat mylar signed by City Officials and
recorded with King County.

any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or liability
therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing, altering or
