Subject: May Creek Interceptor
Attn: Bob Hirsch
Gentlemen:
There has been, as you know, a great deal of interest in the May Creek
Trunk and its eventual construction.
Since we now have new players in the game, we would like some clan ri.
cation to the basic rules.
It is our understanding that METRO is ready to construct May Creek
Trunk as soon as the City of Renton can show that they have a financiai
plan set up to guarantee the construction of the Kennydale and Honey
Creek lines.
We have searched Mr. Gonnason's correspondence and our files but find
no conmitment of any kind from METRO which would support this position.
Please let us know exactly how this program has been set up and if
there are any agreements or understandings which may differ from our
understanding of the plan as stated in paragraph No. 2.
Vely truly yours, GorL
