Since Septerber 1983 MLIRO has been in a position of non-compliance with that Regulatrry ORDER and therefore pursuant to Chapter 90.48 Rev .sod Code of Washington and in accordance with Section 5 of the ORDER, the VDO'c has not approved anv san!tary sever extension., tributary to the Renton Treatment Plant as of March 1, 1984.
