The latecomer agreement for the Olympic condo project at 1100 Harrington Ave. N.E. (S-34S) has been denied. You were required to relocate the sanitary sewer line when you built over the existing main. Thi. relocation is a replacement only and does aot constitute an addition to the sewer system. Therefore, a latecomer agreement is not justified for this installation. in order to complete my review of the remaining latecomer requests, I need the cost breakdown for the following pro- jects: 1. S-35S, Union 670 - Sanitary Sewer ? W-750, Union 670 - Water 3. S-338, Union 600 - Sanitary Sewer 4. W-711, Union 400 - Water 1 realize you have submitted the total cost for each installa- tion; however, i need the costs roken down to cover the sepa- rate items, i.e. lift station, moles, TV inspection, main line pipe, side sewers, fire hydrants and Washington state tax.
