Said heretofore mentioned grantee, its successors or assigns, shall have
the right, without prior notice or proceeding at law, at such times as may be
necessary to enter upon said above described property for the purpose of construct-
ing, maintaining, repairing, altering or reconstructing said roadway and utilities,
or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligations or
liability therefore, provided, that such construction, maintaining, repairing,
altering or reconstruction of said roadway and utilities shall be accomplished in
such a manner that the private improvements existing in the right(s)-of-way shall
not be disturbed or damaged, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
were immediately before the property was entered upon by the Grantee.

does not interfere with installation and maintenance of the roadway or utilities.

Satisfactory certification pursuant to terms of Metrouoli .an
Council ResoIL_ion No. 2933 and construction plans for the
above project have been submitted and reviewed, The plans
are hereby approved, subject to the following;
1 • Mr. Jim Hawthorn of this office (phone 447-667t
shall be notified at least seventy-two hours
prior to construction in the vicinity of Metro's
27-inch diameter RCP South Renton trunk sewer,
2. During construction, no debris shall be allowed
to enter Metro's sewer trunk.
3. Plans for dewaterinq adjacent to Metro facilities
shall be submitted to Mr. Jim Hawthorn for Metro
review and approval at least five days prior to
construction,
4. The connection to the trunk sewer shall not be
backfilled until it has been inspected and
approved by Metro.
5. The new connection to the sewer shall be made by
core drilling and use of a Fowler Quickway
Inserta Tee,
6. The connection shall he plugged and not put into
service until the tributary system has been
cleaned, inspected, tested, and approved by the
(7ity.
