The reason why the Bill-of-Sale is not acceptable at this time is because the developers of Renton Plaza have asked for a deferral and the sanitary sewer pipe has ye; to be installed. Following the installation of the sewer pipe and the submittal of an As- built sewer plan, the Bill-of-Sale can then be prepared to reflect the correct information pertaining to length of pipe, number of manholes,etc. Until we receive an Engineer certified As-built drawing attesting to the installation, we cannot your Bill-of-Sale. Bill-of-Sale - sewer. 6. As-Built water plan. 7. As-Built sewer plan. B. Cost Data and Inventory. If you have the owners of R.P.I. sign for the two water line easements I have enclosed, I will have them recorded for you. I have also enclosed typical forms for the Bills-of-Sale and Cost Data, though it seems I gave all of this to you once before. Apparently you have engaged John R.
