Ul ptember 26. 1978 we were contracted to fabricate and furnish one
Sm i Loveless pump station for the purchase price of $9,343.00. This
equ joent was to be used on a protect for the City of Renton, Washington
known as Lind Avenue, Southwest, Contract B - Sewage Lift Station. -
The engineering fi» of Gardner Engineers, Seattle, Washington, approved
the engineering submittal data on the Smith 6 Loveless pump station on
or about November 22, 1978 and advised Coluccio to proceed wit'. manufacture
of the pump atatlon.
The pump .tatlon was subsequently relea9vi to production, was completed
and shipped tl. � week of March 25, 1979. Smith 6 Loveless Invoice No. :7188
vas forwarded at this time in the amount of $9.343.00 which was payable
on a Net 30 Jay basis. We have received absolutely no payment from
Coluccio 66 of this writing and, therefore, consider the contractor in
default of this contractual commitment.

Smith a Loveless sewage pumps, each capable of delivering 100 GPM at 26' T
with a maximum static suction lift of 17' , and each driven by 3 hp, 1150 r
three phase, 60 cycle, 230 volt motor; valves, 4" internal piping; central
control panel with circuit breakers; motor starters and automatic pumping
level controls; heater; priming pumps; ventilator and all internal wiring.
