Dear Mr. Uyeda:
We arr in receipt of the advance copy of the Bill-of-Sale for water and sewer
for the above - referenced project as forwarded to us by Mortimer Thomas
of Gardner Engineers.
We find the Bill-of-Sale in this format Lo be unsatisfactory.
According to the City Attorney, all Bills-of-Sale must be submitted on our
standard forms for subsequent recording with Kino County. The water Bill-
of-Sale must be seperate from the sewer Bill-of-Sale and also they are not
executed by the City.
Enclosed please find both Bills-of-Sale properly prepared by this office.
Please have an authorized agent of Burlington Northern sign both documents
before a no'ary and return same to me for record Lig Recorded copies will
be sent to you for your records.
