costs or liens hereto included thereon by, through or under seller
herein.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the slime to the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns forever. And said party of the first part, for its
successors and assigns, agrees to and with the said party of the second part, its
successors and assigns, that said Party of the first part is the owner of the said
property, goods and chattels and has good right and full authority to sell the
same, and that it will warrant and defend the sale hereby made unto the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, against i'l end v.tv rerson or
persons, whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same.

Gentlemen:
Sanitary Sewers - S. N. Orillia Industrial Park
Division II, S.U. 34th, S.W. 39th Raymond Avenue
Satisfactory certification pursuant to terms of Metropolitan
Council Resolution No. 2933 and construction plans for the
above project have been submitted and reviewed. The plans
are hereby approved, subject to the following:
1. Mr. Eddy Chu of this office (phone 447-6673) shall be
notified at least two working days prior to construc-
tion in the vicinity of Metro's South Interceptor,
Section 2.
2. During construction, no debris shall be allowed to
enter Metro's Manhole Nos. R18-13 and R18-15.
3. The manhole shall be unloaded all around or structur-
ally supported during construction tc avoid unbalanced
soil loading.
4. The connections to the manholes shall not be backfilled
until they have been inspected and approved by Metro.
5. The contractor shall field verify existing manhole and
drop invert elevations and configuration prior to con-
struction.
6. The connections shall be plugged and not put into service
until the tributary system has been cleaned, inspected,
tested, and approved by the City.

Revised plans and specifications for the refcronce.1 project
were received by this office on 11/10/80, for review and
approval. Upon review of the plans, in accoidonce with
WAC 173-240-030 and WAC 173-24C 040, plan approval and SUPA
compliance were: being processed by the City of Renton. We
have yet to receive this additional information nocessary
to complete plan review.
We are currently in the process of reducing tho number of
inactive plans for propos.�d sewage facilities in our flies.
Please advise us of the present status of the rofer,:-nced
project and whether the plans should be retained, r,.turned
or destroyed. If no response is received within 30 days of
this letter, the pinns and specifications will he disposed of
by the department.

Upon completion, and prior to the use of the above project or portions
thereof, the attached Completion of Construction Certificate must b,i
completed by the responsible professional engineer for the project and
returned to this department.
Nothing in this approval shall be construed as satisfying other applic-
ahle federal, state or local statutes, ordinances or regulation.
For additional information, please feel free to contact Gary L. Brugger,
the plan review engineer for this project.
