The plai.s are hereby approved, subject to the following: 1. Mr. Jim Hawthorn of this office (phone 447-6676) shall be notified at least two working days prior to construc- tion in the vicinity of Metro's 27-inch diameter R.C.P. South Renton tr•tnk sewer. 2. During construction, no debris shall be allowed to enter Metro's trunk sewer. 3. Plans for dewaterinq adjacent to Metro facilities shall be submitted to Mr. Jim Hawthorn for Metro review and approval at least five days prior to construction. 4. The contractor shall field verify the elevation and location of the 27-inch diameter trunk sewer prior to construction of the 8-inch diameter connecting sewer. 5. The connection to the 27-inch diameter trunk sewer shall not be backfilled until it has been inspected and approved by Metro. 6. The 8-inch connection to the 27-inch diameter trunk sewer shall be made at sprinqline by core drilling and use of a Fowler Quickway Inserta Tee assembly as distr- ibuted by Fowler Sewer Supply, Beaverton, Oregon, Phone (503) 646-6932. 7. The connection shall be plugged and not put into service until the tributary system has been cleaned, inspected, tested, and approved by the City.
