Gentlemen:
As you are aware. the Board of Public WorkT reviewed the subject application for
deferral at this morning's meeting and made the determination to grant the request
for deferral of paving: require installation of the one street light: and, also to defer
the curbs. gutters. sidewalks(but asphalt portion in front of the Morrison property;
if such deferral was not in conflict with an ERC decision: and. further, conditioned
upon the posting of the appropriate bond.
PI,^se sae the attached letter ref, the ERC decision which is clear. Consequently
the curbs. gutters, sidewalks must be installed (concreted). The asphalt paving is
deferred and will require the necessary bonding.

their original review for the previous site approval (SA-0/8-63), it is their position that,
in addition to the off-site street improvements required immediately ir, front of the
subject parcel. the applicant be rosponsibie to provide the construction of half of Maple
Avenue S.W. from the subject site $oath to the S.W. 16th Street along with the necessary
curbs, gutters, end sidewalks along the east side of maple Avenue S.W.
