Enclosed are the following items that were required to be
submitted to the City of Renton prior to the issuance of our
Certificate of Occupancy for Rivertech Corporate Center Phase I.
The items being submitted are as follows:
1. Bill of Sale for the water system.
2. Bill of Sale for the sanitary system.
3. Bill of Sale for the cul-du-sac street improvements. -
4. Test reports for the back flow devices.
5. Maintenance bond for the utilities.
Per our meeting of last week the as-built drawings for all systems
have been submitted to you by Hansen Surveying. Submittal of the
above items and receipt of the as-built drawings should complete
all items required by the Public Works Department. 1've enclosed

Dear Loren:
There are still outstanding items on the subject project. Per our phone conversation, these ',
items are: -
1) As-Built Drawings for required improvements on Naches A S.W. and Powell Ave.
S.W. (18-4-180 Powell Ave. S.W. Cul-de-Sac Improvements, 18-4-180 Naches Ave.
S.W. Street and Storm Improvements, S-433 Sanitary Sewer Main Extensign on Naches
Ave. S.W., and W-893 Watermain Improvements on Naches Ave. S.W.)✓
2) Upon review and acceptance of all As-Built Drawings, the City will Prepare the
quantity portion of the Cost Data Form form for your completion. ✓
3) Bills of Sale shall be prepared Ly the owner and shall reflect those quantities ,r
identified on the Cost Data Inventory Sheet.
4) A Maintenance Bond for a one year period. Amount shall equal 10%of total cost
reflected on Cost Data Inventory Form.
5) Backflow Device Test Reports for the irrigation meter, as well as for the 8' DDCVA -
and 1' bypass meter for the fire sprinkler system. 1 contacted Titan Construction and
they will send copies.
6) Revised legal description and sketches for sewer and water facilities. )fDd Hansen
with Hansen Surveying is providing this information to the City.
Upon completion of the above-listed items, the Public Works Department will approve the
final occupancy for the subject project. If you have any questions or require any

Attached are the Bill of Salc and cost dated inventory for the
water line and sewer .ine for the above referenced project.
Rod Hansen, of Hansen Surveyors, Pis completed and si • 'tted to
you the as-built plans for the sewer and water mains along with
the revised legal descriptions for the easements.
I have also contacted Titan Construction and they have indicated
that Steve Pinkhar., of the Public Works Department has signed off
the first five items of the punchlist.
The attached Bill of Sale which should complete the Public Works
Department punchlist dated July 18, 1990.
Please notify Ken Bindara of the Building Department that the
Public Works Department's punchllsts items have been completed so
that our certificate of occupancy permit can be issued. Please
send me a copy of the final recorded easements for the water main
and sanitary sewers.
If you have any questions, please contact me as soon as possible.
