upon said above described property for the purpose of constructing, maintaining,
repairing, altering or reconstructing said utilities, or making any connections

such construction, maintaining, repairing. altering or reconstruction of said utilities
shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in the

A strip of land 10.00 feet in width,over a portion of Lot 9, Harries Garden Home Tracts,
as recorded in Volume 34 of Plats, page 38, records of King County, Washington, said
strip of land having 5.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the southwest comer of said Lot 9;thence N14'02'25"W,along the west line
thereof,5.18 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described centerline,
said point being 5.00 northerly of when measured at right angles to, the south line of
said Lot 9; thence S89'00'58"E, parallel with said souti, line, 66.18 feet thence
N86'05'13"E 109.45 feet to the terminus of the herein described centerline.
The sideline! of said strip shall be extended or shortened as requti.d to temdnate at
the west line of said Lot 9.
hereby grants and conveys an access easement (as sho-m on attached Exhibit "A") per an
engineering plan approved by the City of Renton, a Municipality Corporation of King
County, for the project known as: Sunset Gardens for the City of Renton as Grantee, to
enter said easement for the purpose of obtaining access to the sanitary sewer.
