Dear Mr. Beecher:
We are in receipt and acceptance of your Cost Data Inventory sheet and Bills-of-`.ale for
water and sanitary sewer mains; storm lines, and street improvements. Copies of the Bills-
of-Sale will be sent to you upon our receipt from King County.
The amount of your maintenance bond for the above referenced project has been
established at$6,516.80 which is 10% o! the total cost of improvements conveyed to the
City of Renton. Please submit your bond to the Public Works Department. The bond will
be held for a period of 12 months from date of acceptance.
