All work shall be as se' forth in the design drawings and specifications. The work to be performed within 45 working days from the date of commencement under this contract shall include -but riot be limited to: installation of sanitary sewers and appurtenances, grading, paving, and complete restoration as set forth in the design drawings and speCifi CatiOns. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any and/or all informalities. Approved plans and specifications and form of contract documents mry be obtained at the Public Works Department office at the Renton Municipal Building for a deposit of R_35 90 each set plus $5.-00. to Cover postagt, if Tes ted. The deposit will I: refunded upon return d} the Pldns and Specifications in qood condition within thirty days after bid opening. The mailing charge rill not be refunded.
