"To be considered for bid award, all prospective bidders shall submit a
pre-qualification submittal package to the City Clerk's office by 2:30
p.m., July 2, 1985.. The pre-qualification submittals will be reviewed
by the Engineer and the City staff for conformance with the criteria,
and the experience and general capability of the proposed bidder to
t�,vplete the work proposed. All submitting parties will be notified
both by letter and by addendum whether they have been approved to submit
a bid on this project.
The City shall have the right to take all action necessary in determin-
ing the ability -f the proposed bidder to perform the work satisfactori-
ly.
Refusal of the City to allow a potential bidder to submit a bid for this
