agreement be drawnup so that adjacent properties will be required to share
in the cust of the 8" sanitary sewer line which was installed to serve the
above referenced development.
The properties that will benefit in the future from the sanitary sewer
line and stubs I installed, Ave located on the West side of Shelton Ave. NE
And as shown on the attached vicinity wn.
