At that time it came to my attention that a latecomer agreement was not requested covering a portion of the sanitary sewer main you installed under your project (S-415). This portion of the sewer main you installed would benefit an abutting property should the parcel develop and tie into the sewer in the future. I have enclosed a vicinity map outlining the existing sewer installed for Crown Point and the parcel of land that may benefit from your installation should it connect. I have also enclosed a sample of a typical letter of latecomer request should you wish to pursue this matter. You may use a copy of my vicinity map to support your letter, if you wish. If I do not hear from you within 30 days from the date of this letter, I will assume you no not wish to request a latecomer agreement and your file will then be closed. Very truly yours Arlene M.
