Road to Include, but not be limited to, storm drainage, curb and gutter, side-
walk, illumination, traffic signalirarlon, water, sanitary sewer, lift station
and complete restoration. Ali work shall be as set forth in the design draw-
Ings and specifications.
Any Contractor connected with this project shall comply with federal, State,
County and city code[ or 4e9ul4tlons applicable to such work.
The City reserves the right to reject any And/ot All bids and to waive any
and/or all informalities.
Approved plans and specifications and form of contract documents nay be obtained

ADDENDUM NO, 1
TO THE CONTRACT DOCUMENT FOR
L.I.D. 0114 - EAST VALLEY ROAD
TO ALL PtANHOLDF.RS;
You are hereby notified of the following change*, additions, deletions and
corrections to the Contract Documents, Specifications, Proposal and Plans for
the City of Renton L.I.D. F714 Street. lmprovsment Project.
Plans
I. S.W. 27th Street is to be realigned veer of Springbrook Creek. The reglign-
ment consists of shifting the roadway southerly 45 fast. This realignment
will require additional bank run gravel, Class "R", settlement platforms,
surcharge excavation and other miscellaneous items all of ,hick will be paid
for band on the unit prices in the bid.
2. East Valley Road from approximately Station 72M0 to 92+00 will be shifted
veecerly four fast. This shift will result in minor quantity change, all of
which will be paid for baud on the unit prices in the bid.
1. The 60" storm line in S.W. 19th Street meat of Lind Avenue S,W, may he
resigned so that it is located north of the centerline. Any surface
restoration In unpaved areas suocimted with this redesign should be
Incorporated In the bid price for Finish sod Clean-up. Alto minor
quantity changes will be paid for based on the unit prices in the bid.
Delays
1. The Contractor should consider when bidding the possibility of a delay of
uP to six Heaths in securing access to that portion of S.W, 27th Street
west of Springbrook Creek, If access to this portion of the project is
delayed, no additional compensation will be paid based on the delay.
Delet ton
I. S.W. 19th Street West of 1.ind Avenue S.W. , except for the 60" storm drain
and appurtenance,may not be built. If theme improvements *re not installed,
the value of the project will be reduced band uPon the reduction in bid
