Reference is made to previous correspondence regarding the acquisi-
tion of certain properties In conjunction with the improvements to
be installed in accordance with L.I.D. 314. Enclosed please find a
revised legal description and sketch for Parcel No. 11. This revision
is a result of a realignment which consists of shifting the roadway,
west of Springbrook Creek, 45 feet to the south.
It would be aplreciated if you would substitute this legal descrip-
tion In the deed which was submitted to you on September 22. 1981
before it is executed.

When I originally requested the check to cover ,he purchase of

under L.I.D. 314, 1 requested an incorrect amount. The finally
agreed upon amount was 5350.00 greater than I had requested.
This request, therefore, Is to correct that initial error.

the amount quoted in my letter to you of April 5, 1982, which
stated the consideration would be $104,000.
At your convenience, please furnish me with a check in the
amount of $350 covering the balance owing.

Burlington Northern has supplied the deed and easement for 0e above-
mentioned parcels which were acquired in conjunction with LID 314.
Would you please have prepared a check in the amount of $103,650.00
payable to Glacier Park Co. and forward it to me for delivery to
Burlington Northern's representative.
In light of our discussions with regard to the interim financing for
this project, I have discussed the matter with Mr. Kretzer of Burling-
ton Northern and he has agreed to wait on payment until such time as
the remainder of the interim financing has been secured. This would
allow us to keep the $340,000 we have available for payment to the
Contractor in August for work that he will do in the month of July.

Physical Description of 4dect Property - Before Situation:
The subject property is a vacant tract of industrially - zoned acreage. It
has gently rolling topography and may require same fill prior to development.
Public power and sewer is available but public water would have to be brought
in. Parcel 11 currently has access but it would require a long access road
to develop the portion of the property affected by this project. It is zoned
H-I and its highest and best use would be for industrial uses commensurate
with the zoning.
The take is gently rolling and may equire some filling and grading. The take
is otherwise similar to the entirf tract. The take is situated 37.37 feet
WL north of the 1/16 section line but since the property south of this line
is also ostensibly owned by Glacier Park Company, the take doesn't create an
uneconomic remainder and it is the opinion of the appraiser that no damages
accrue to the left remainder.
Property Valuation - Before Value:
Sale rB is located adjacent to Parcel 11 and has similar access and utilities.
This sale requires upward adjustments for time and the likelihood of the LID
and a slight dow.rwrard adjustment for topography and fill. Sales 01,2,6 and 7
were also analyzed. They are all superior with respect to access and utilities
and require slight adjustment for time. After consideration of these
