records of King County, Washington.
And Also EXCEPT portions thereof conveyed to the State of Washington
for Primary State Highway No. 5 (East Valley Highwav) by deeds recorded
under Auditor's File Nos. 3911471 and 1081421.
TOGETHER WITH:
The east 20 feet of that portion of the no-theast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 30, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, M.N., in King
County, Wastington;
Lying westerly of the west right-of-way line of East Valley Highway.
EXCEPT the north 70 feet thereof;
And EXCEPT that portion thereof lying within the right-of-way of S.Y. 27th
Street as it now exists.
