provisions affecting the capacity of Springbrook Creek take into
account the added capacity and responsibility that this drainage
channel will bear. It does not now appear to be a temporary or
interim facility. For these reasons, the District feels that the
added significance of Springbrook Creek must be taken into account
in designing the capacity of future crossings. The District would
certai.Tly prefer to have bridges built at all locations where cros-
sings are necessarl. It had been hoped tt,at this would be the case
at S.W. 27th Street. But in the eve

Subject: Easement for Roadway and Utilities Across Drainage
District Right of Way
Dear Jack:
In accordance with our conversation on July 9, 1981 enclosed please
find the legal description and a sketch for the crossing of the
Drainage District's right of way at the location of S.N. 27th St.
It would be appreciated if you would prepare and arrange to have ex-
ecuted the necessary easement from the District to the City of
Renton. The easement should be for roadway and utilities and the
format used in conjunction with the crossing of S.W. 43rd St. is
agreeable.
If I can be of any assistance or provide any additional information
please advise.
Very truly yours,
Donald G. Monaghan, D.E.
Office Engineer
