In accordance with our discussions earlier in the month, enclosed please
find the legal discrlption for two additional parcels of property needed
for the construction of S.W. 27th Street.
The two creas shaded in red on the print attached represent the parcels in
questions. Sheets t38 and 062 give more detail regarding the proposed
construction.
The work involved represents a replacement due to damage to the existing
culverts which occured during their initial installation. As part of the
replacement, the gauge of the pipe will be decreased for increased strength
and the method of installation will be modified in order to negate differential
settlement.
It would be appreciated if you would have the necessary deed prepared for
presentation to the commissioners for execution. I intend to be present at
the Board's meeting of September 24, 1981. to answer any questions t11e
commissioners may have.
If additional information is needed or you would like to discuss the matter
further, please advise, otherwise I will see your on Thursday.
