easement over parcels 14-A and 14-B of said subject L.I.D.
along with a sketch of said parcels.

Parcel 14-8
A parcel of land being a portion of the vest 20 feet of the northwest quarter
of Section 30, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., and being also a portion
of the east 20 feet of the northeast quarter of Stctfor 25, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, sore particularly described
as follows:
Cosaencing at the northwest corner of the fractional northwest quarter of tha
northwest quarter of said Section 30;
Thence S. 0649'41" W. along the west line of said fractional northwest quarter
a distance of 1,309.94 feet to the southwest comer of said fractional north-
west quarter;
Thence S. 0°49'41" W. along the west line of the fractional southwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of said Section 30 a distance of 29.08 feet to the
True Point of Beginning;
Thence perpendicular to said west line N. 83"10'19" W. a distance of 20.00
feet to the west line of said east 20 feet;
Thence alone said West line N. 0°49'41" E. a distance of 34.22 feet to a
point on a curve concave to the northeast which has a radius of 2.045.00 feet
and the center of the circle of said curve bears N. 13'02'01"E;
Thence southeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 1°08'40" an
arc length of 40.84 feet to the east line of said vest 20 feet of the north-
east quarter of said Section 30; Thence along said east line S. 0049'41" W.
a distance of 25.99 feet;
Thence perpendicular to said east line N. 89°10'19" W. a distance of 20.00
feet to the True Point of Beginning.
