Dear Mr. Gavi.l:
Enclosed please find a temporary construction easement across the
southerly five feet of your property as shown on the attached sketch
which it is requested that you grant to the City of Renton.
As part of LID 314 the City will be installing sanitary sewers in
S.N. 16th St. and the process of physically installing said sewers
necessitates securing the use of your property on a temporary basis.
After the installation is completed your property will be restored
to its original condition or better.
If you desire additional information or would like to discuss the
matter further please advise.

of King County, Washington, hereinafter called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s), for and in consideration of the sum of $ 1.00
(One and no/100 dollar) paid by Grantee, and other valuable cons[ ration,
do ,y these presents, prant, bargain, sell, convey, and warrant unto the said
Grantee, its successors and assigns, a temporary construction easement for a public
utility (street improvement) with necessary appurtenances over, through, across and
upon the following described property in King County, Washington, more particularly
described as follows:
A temporary construction, easement over the South 5 feet of the
following described property:
That portion of lot 29, block 22, Except the west 100 feet of said
lot 29, of C.D. Hillman's Earlington Gardens Addition to the City of
Seattle, Division No.l, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 17 of plats, page 74, records of King County, Washington;
lying .northerly of a line parallel with and 45 feet northerly of the
FL-line and lying easterly of a line parallel with anu 90 feet easterly
of the EF-line; said FL-line and EF-line as defined and shown on the
Washington State Highway Commission horizontal alignment maps of
"Jet. SSH No.2-M to Jct. PSH No.2 in Renton", sheets 3 snd 4 of 10 sheets,
and of "Primary State Highway No.S South 228th St. in Kent to Renton",
sheet 8 of 14 sheets.
Situated in the SW 114 of Section 19,Township 23 North, Range 5 East,...M. ,
in King County, Washington.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in fora during construction
and until such time as the street improvement has been accepted for operation and
maintenance by the Grantee but not later than June 30, 1983
