Dear Mr. Gasparach:
Enclosed please find a temporary construction easement across the
southerly five feet of your property as shown on the attached sketch
which it is requested that you grant to the City of Renton.
As part of LIP 314 the City will be installing sanitary sewers in
S.w 16th St. and the process of physically installing said sewers
necessitates securing the use of your property on a temporary basis.

Also as part of the roadway design the driveway to your property
should be relocated as far to the east as possible. It would be
