TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT
THIS INSTRUMENT, made this J_ day of OG rhAEL.
1981; by and between OLYMPIC PIPE LINE COMPANY and
; hereinafter called "Grantor(,)", and the City
of RENTON, a Municipal Corporation of King County, Washington, hereinafter
called "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, do by these esents, grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto said Grantee, its successors and assiGns, a
temporary easement for roadway purposes for access to a drainage improve-
ment project on lands adjacent to Grantor's. Said Access Easement being
ever and across Grantor's lends out of the Northeast Quarter of the North-
west Quarter of Section 30, T23N-RSE, W. M. King County, Washington, said
Access Easement being more particularly described as follows:
The South 30 feet of the north 70 feet of the northeast gicrter

EXCEPT the west 40 feet thereof conveyed to the City of Renton for
Ltnd Avenue by deed recorded under Auditor's File No. 7803270675;
And ALSO EXCEPT portions thereof conveyed to the State of Washington
for Primary State Highway Nc. 5 (East Valley Highway) by deeds re-
corded under Auditor's File Noe. 3911471 and 1081421.
Grantor shall have the right to fully use and enjoy the above described
premises, except as to .ights herein granted. Grantee agrees to pay any dam-
ages, and to restore said property to equal or better condition than it was
at beginning of project.
Said Temporary Access Easement shall remain It full force during construction
and until such time as the drainage improvement has been accepted for operation
and maintenance by the Grantee but mot later than September 30, 1982.

Gentlemen:
rort of the .cork to be completed under L.I.D. '14 consists of cleaning
the brush and debris from a portion of the are: which has been desig-
natel as the P-9 channel. This work would impro.c t".t 4;Araulic
characteristics of the drainage basin by establishing a defined channel
through the removal of said brush and debris.
This work is planned for your neighbor's property; however, access for
purposes of construction is a problem. Therefore, it is requested
that you grant to the City a construction easement to allow its contrac-
tor to use your roadway between East Valley Road and Lind Ave. S.M. for
the purpose of creating the channel as defined above. No excavation
is planned for your property; however, it is Intended that the b ush
along the edge of the roadway would be removed.
I hope you concur in this request and execute the enclosed construction
easement. If you have any questions or would like to discuss the matter
further please advise.
