This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to TAG-25-038 with TechSmith
(charged via USBank – OneCard). This Amendment authorizes payment, in the amount of
$62.46, for the annual renewal of Camtasia Government Maintenance licensing. The
current subscription term is 09/10/2025– 09/09/2026.
Camtasia is a video editing and screen recording software used by multiple departments
including Police and Communications.
