ALL THE NOTES ON THE LIST MAY NOT PERTAIN TOEVERY PROJECT. THE APPLICANT OR OWNER, HEREBY REFERRED TO AS APPLICANT, MAY STRIKE OUT IRRELEVANT NOTES IF NOT APPLICABLE TO THE PROJECT. HOWEVER, THE APPLICANT SHALLNOT RENUMBER NOR EDIT THE REMAINING NOTES.
