B. UTILITY CONFLICTS: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT AONE-CALL UTILITY LOCATE SERVICE PRIOR TO AND DURING
CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE ENGINEER AND THE UTILITY COMPANY WHEN A
CONFLICT OCCURS OR WHEN A CONFLICT IS ANTICIPATED. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING
OR REPAIRING ANY UTILITIES DAMAGED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
6. PERMITS
A COPY OF APPROVED PLANS MUST BE ON-SITE WHENEVER CONSTRUCTION IS IN PROGRESS.
THE OWNER WILL OBTAIN THE BUILDING PERMIT. THE CONTRACTOR MUST OBTAIN ALL OTHER APPLICABLE PERMITS.
