Statutory Declaration Registration of Fittings Batchflux 5x00 Page 2 On behalf of KROHNE Altometer we are applying for an CRN Design Registration for our magnetic inductive flow meters as described within. Product model names to be registered as: Batchflux 5x00 The x in the model name (on the second position) is the indication for the type of the converter. Please note that our Batchflux 5x00 family flow heads have per size the same flow-tube therefore the same exact design, etc. The reason for multiple Product names is that the flow- tube can be configured with different electronic signal converters internally mounted on top of the flow-tube. Therefore Batchflux 5500C as well as Batchflux 5400C have the same flow- tube but different electronic signal converter mounted to the top of the flow-tube. Thus they have different product names and labels. By including all product label names in our CRN, the local inspector will not be confused when inspecting a meter and the corresponding CRN document. The Batchflux 5xOOC, we are applying for are Wafer type of fitting for sizes 3/8"and 1/2". The ceramic flow tubes are mounted in a stainless steel casted casing. As the casing is not a part of the pressurized or wetted parts, we only mentioned two examples of G.A. drawings to give an impression of the construction. The Ceramic flow tubes are hydrostatically tested (Third party TUV). The allowable working pressure is determined as 1/10 of the witnessed hydrostatical test pressure. Attachments: i 1.
