The lining, made of polypropylene or hardrubber, is resistant to corrosion, aging and abrasion. The surface and shape of the measuring tube also minimise mineral deposits, resulting in exemplary measurement quality, even over the long term. Operating principle An electrically conductive fluid flows inside an ® — \ electrically insulating pipe through a magnetic field. This magnetic field is generated by a current, 0 (1 1 © flowing through a pair of field coils.
