Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 09/12/2025 at approximately 1830 hours I was dispatched to Renton Honda located at 3701 East Valley Rd
in the city of Renton, King County, WA for a hit and run that had occurred in the parking lot.
I contacted the reporting party via phone,who identified herself as Agpalo, Melinda F DOB 12/06/1964.
Agpalo informed me that she dropped off her black 2014 Honda Accord with WA LIC APR8497 for service at
Renton Honda around 1430 hours.The service advisor took photos all around the vehicle at the time and no
damage was present. When she returned to pick up her car around 1645 hours, she noticed a large dent in her
front passenger fender and was unable to open her passenger front door.
Agpalo informed me that she reviewed video surveillance with the service advisor, later identified by his WADL
as Domingo, Severino P DOB 01/01/1981. On video,they observed another customer who had also just picked
up their vehicle, back out of the stall and into Agpalo's car.
I went to Renton Honda and reviewed video with Domingo. On video, I observed a 2003 blue Honda Accord
that bears WA LIC CSF4797 back up out of their stall, hit Agpalo's car in the front passenger fender, pull
forward, stop for at least 30 seconds, and then leave the premises.
Domingo provided me the contact information for the owner and person who picked up the 2003 blue Honda
Accord.They are identified as Camas, Isla DOB 08/27/2003. 1 contacted Camas via phone and asked her if she
had picked up her car today and she replied yes. I asked her then if she had backed into Agpalo's vehicle and
she told me that she did hit the car by accident. I asked if she had insurance that I could provide to Agpalo and
she stated no. I then informed her it was a crime to hit a vehicle and not stop to exchange information which
she stated she understood.
I asked Domingo for an approximate repair for the damage and he stated it would probably be between
$1,500-$2,000.
Video and photos of the incident were uploaded to Axon.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

Because Camas told me she was driving her vehicle and that she did back into Agpalo's car and this was all
captured on video surveillance at Renton Honda, 1 found probable cause to cite Camas for 46.52.010 duty on
striking an unattended car or other property(hit and run)for running into Agpalo's blue Honda Accord with
WA LIC: APR8497 and not stopping to exchange or provide personal information.
Sector citation#5A0522950 was issued to Camas via the prosecutors queue.
