MTC on site as requested to visually inspect reinforcing steel at the following location(s):
1.) Softball & Baseball Fields Score Board Footings
MTC observed that the footings were reinforced per the following plan details:
1,2/A5.21
MTC visually inspected the reinforcing steel at the locations noted and observed that the reinforcing steel complied with the
approved project plans and specifications. MTC observed the reinforcing steel size, grade, type, and placement. MTC will verify
the final clearances prior to and during concrete placement.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the abovedescribed work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
Work in progress. Additional inspection needed.
