Please let me know if you see any errors or if anything is missing: * Brian from King County and Yong from the City of Renton read the pre-con notes (City of Renton’s notes attached) and clarified the inspection scope differences between KC and the City of Renton. * Attached is the email from the KC Permit Division confirming that additional KC permits are not required since 145th Place (New Road A) is currently a private parcel and not dedicated KC ROW yet. Therefore, the City of Renton will refund the KC ROW permit fee of $7,984.75 to the original billing contact, John Fernstrom of Tri Pointe Homes, within the next few weeks. * Attached is the additional review fee invoice (#00154931) of $409.50 from Reid Middleton (third-party structural review for the street lighting base). This fee covers the third-round review, as the original agreed lump sum of $900.00 only included two rounds of review. You may pay it through City’s website here <https://permitting.rentonwa.gov/#/payinvoice> . Let me know when it is paid, and I will create the civil construction permit from City of Renton for you then. * Attached please find the City of Renton standard plan 104.3 for driveway entrances. As agreed, the contractor/engineer should use this to add the additional triangular landscaping areas for each lot. Let me know if you have any questions.
