This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-066 with Agilebits,
Inc. This packet authorizes payment of Invoice # INV_CAN70884, in the amount of
$1,197.64, for the additional licensing for 1Password. This licensing will be added to our
current renewal term, which expires 05/30/2026.
1Password is a SaaS password manager solution that allows for safe and secure storage of
multiple passwords, both personal and shared, in one location which is only accessible by
those given permission.
