NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY THE RENTON CITY COUNCIL
Following is a summary of the Ordinance adopted by the Renton City Council on
September 15, 2025:
ORDINANCE NO.6165
An Ordinance of the City of Renton, Washington, declaring an existing Sanitary
Sewer Easement contained and described under King County Recording No.
20171208000184 surplus to the city's needs, authorizing the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute and record with King County a release of said Easement,
providing for severability, and establishing an effective date.
Effective: 9/23/2025
