RENTON HEARING EXAMINER RENTON, WASHINGTON
A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on October 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM by means of the Zoom Webinar to consider the following petition:
Radiance Learning Center, LUA25-000246
The applicant is requesting a HEX Conditional Use Permit to operate a day care center at 3507 NE Sunset Blvd (APN 0423059204) an existing 1,800 sq. ft. building on the R-8 zoned site
The applicant proposes to operate the licensed day care center out of the existing building on the site and proposes interior building improvements, new fencing, and a new playground
area.
