On page 2/4 of the final short plat map (attached for reference) the easement provisions list two items
as number 6 (see screen shot below). I believe that the second no 6 (circled in red below) should be
numbered 7. Please verify and if concurring, I can make the change to the printed documents currently
in our possession by means of a strikethrough and handwritten 7, however, since they are signed by
both of you I need written confirmation from each of you that the proposed update is acceptable.
Please provide confirmation or clarification if my understanding is in error.
