Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to CAG-24-260 with Zoho, Inc.
This packet authorizes payment of Quote # 7685895875, in the amount of $3,803.14
($3,448.00 plus tax) for the annual renewalof ADManager Plus.
ADManager Plus isused by Information Technology to assist with user management. It
simplifiesand streamlines user provisioning and deprovisioning by automating account
creation and permissions.
