As consideration for receiving sewer and/or water service from Grantee, Grantor(s), on behalf of Grantor(s) and the other Bound Parties, hereby agree that this covenant to annex constitutes the legal equivalent of Grantor(s)' and the other Bound Parties' signatures on a petition to annex the Property into the City of Renton at such time as, pursuant to the RCW 35A.14.120 direct petition method of annexation, the Property, together with such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City/Grantee or other petitioners may determine, is not less than sixty percent in value of the property for which annexation is petitioned. 4. Grantor(s), on behalf of Grantor(s) and the other Bound Parties, agree to comply with all the requirements of law and regulation regarding the connection to Grantee's sewer and/or water service. 5.
