That portion of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section 14, Township 23 north,
Range 5 east, W.M. In King County as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of the easterly 30 feet of said subdivision with
the northerly line of the southerly 30 feet; thence northerly along said westerly line 134.66 feet;
Thence north 88d32124" west 598.76 feet; Thence southerly 135.81 feet to a point on the northerly
line of the south 30.00 feet of said subdivision which point is 598.87 feet westerly of point of
beginning; Thence south 88d37'59" east along said northerly line 598.87 feet to the point of
beginning; situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
The "Grantor(s)," Guv M. Ippolito., represent that he/she/it/they own the property described above (the
"Property") and covenant and agree as follows regarding annexation into the City of Renton, Washington.
1. Basis for Covenant. This covenant to annex is given as a condition to Grantor(s) being permitted to
connect to sewer and/or water service from the City of Renton ("Grantee") to serve the Property
which, as of the date of this covenant to annex, is located outside of the city limits of the City of
Renton.
2. Parties and Pro art llound. This covenant to annex shall be binding on the Grantor(s) and all
persons and entities subsequently acquiring any right, title, or interest in or to the Property (the
"Bound Parties"), and shall be a covenant running with the land.
3. iqui t t Si rta °ure on Anrtiexation Pctiticarl. As consideration for receiving sewer and/or water
service from Grantee, Grantor(s), on behalf of Grantor(s) and the other Bound Parties, hereby agree
that this covenant to annex constitutes the legal equivalent of Grantor(s)' and the other Bound
Parties' signatures on a petition to annex the Property into the City of Renton at such time as,
pursuant to the RCW 35A.14.120 direct petition method of annexation, the Property, together with
such other adjoining or contiguous area as the City/Grantee or other petitioners may determine, is
not less than sixty percent in value of the property for which annexation is petitioned.
4. Cora fiance with Utility Re uirem nt . Grantor(s), on behalf of Grantor(s) and the other Bound
Parties, agree to comply with all the requirements of law and regulation regarding the connection
to Grantee's sewer and/or water service.
5. Filing. Grantor(s) agree that this covenant to annex shall be recorded against the Property.
