The City of Renton, a Washington municipal corporation, hereby certifies that all
obligations arising from the installment payment agreement entered into by Chad and
Jennifer Reibman in connection with utility service to the existing single-family residence at
the above -referenced property, as described in the Memorandum of Agreement recorded
under King County Recording No. 20150320000255, have been fully satisfied.
Accordingly, the City of Renton hereby releases and discharges the lien associated with
the Memorandum of Agreement, solely to the extent of the amounts agreed to and paid
under that agreement for utility -service to the existing residence.
