SUBJECT: DESCRIPTION OF WORK AT THE TEMPLE

To whom it may concern,
We are in the process of applying for a building permit. The letter is to indicate the work we are
planning to do at the Temple:
I. We are adding an area of 7' x 25' deck landing with cover. We are having stairs going up
to the landing before entering the Temple.
2. We are planning remodel the Buddha hall.
3. We are adding an area of I V x 27' storage with roof cover.
4. We are adding a handicap ramp on the east side of the building. This ramp is consist of 3'
x 27' with railing on both sides.
5. We are also planning to convert an existing bathroom for multi purpose use to meet ADA
compliance.
6. Repair existing deck landing and supports.
We are working with Engineers to get Plans and drawing done. Please let us know what we need
to do to get all up code and meet the City requirements.
