All the cars will be parked on angle except the two or three last parking slots number 8,9 and 10 will assigned on the west of existing Temple Building. The car slots number 1 to 10 will be park heading sound end of the property on the angle allowed by the city. The handicap parking slots will be assigned in the center near the entry of the handicap ramp. (See hand drawing parking plan option 1 and 2 attachment no. 13) 2. Preliminary Traffic Control Plan: The Temple will have two entry one assigned to be Entrance on the East side of the property and Exit on the West Side of the property. Both entry are located existing driveway. The Exit will have assign of Right turn only. (See Traffic Control Plan attachment no. 12) 3. Noise , Light and Glare control The Temple surrounded by natural fence and green belt very far away from the neighbors. On the west side of the property there is exist fence. To control the noise, light and glare at night we proposal to replace the old fence by a 6 feet tall outdoor plyer wood fence to minimize the noise and to block the light and glare at night. 4. Landscaping Plan: There existing landscaping design on the south end of the property. We not change anything except to propose a remove of one tree near the entrance gate. We also propose to remove part of the fence near the entrance gate and replace by another design of the fence to have continue look from the other side of the entrance gate. The trance and exit gates will have the same sliding design. (See attachment no. 14 Landscaping plan)
