1. Proposed construction date(s): sooner if the CUP Application approved by the City
2. Hours of operation from 9:00 AM to 5:00 P.M Monday to Saturday
3. All of the waste will be dumped into appropriate place according to City waste
management requirement.
4. Measures to minimize dust such as using water hole to spray on the working area to
reduce dust during and after working hours.
The job site is not near by the slope or wet land so erosion control is not required.
The job site also far away from the neighbors and the hours of operation is within city
requirement will minimize the complaints of noise by the neighbors
