Narrative
On 09/26/2025 at 1719 hours I was dispatched to SW 43rd St/East Valley Rd, in the City of Renton, King
County,Washington. I was responding to a report of a hit and run collision.
While en route, dispatch advised the following: 1 minute ago, hit and run, suspect vehicle is a black 2023 BMW
i4(WA/CHY4476).After the collision, drove south,then turned around and went back north on East Valley
before the reporting party lost sight.
At approximately 1728 hours, I arrived on scene and interviewed the victim,Alicia R. Fuselier(DOB
05/13/1971, WA DL). She reported the following:
She was driving south on Lind Ave SW and was waiting at the light to turn eastbound on SW 43rd St. She was
about 6 cars back from the light and the suspect was about three cars ahead of her. When the light turned
green, she turned left on SW 43rd and got in the far right lane to turn south on East Valley Rd.The right turn
lane is its own protected lane that is not controlled by a traffic light.
She now found herself two cars behind the suspect vehicle.The suspect maneuvered his car into the right
turn, but was aligned on the far left side of the lane. He then stopped in traffic.The car in front of Alicia
honked a couple times but got no answer.That car then drove around the stopped suspect vehicle on the right
side and continued south. Alicia now found herself directly behind the suspect vehicle, which remained
stopped. She honked a couple times as well and got no response. She then tried to pass the suspect on the
right,just like the previous car.
This time, as she was passing the suspect, he started driving and completed the turn. During this movement,
the passenger side of the suspect vehicle collided with the driver side of Alicia's vehicle.Alicia was driving a
gray 2022 Chevrolet Malibu (WA/CNV9672).Alicia's vehicle sustained damage around the front driver
quarterpanel and wheel.There were also minor scratches on the driver mirror and driver side tail light.
The suspect continued southbound on East Valley Rd then turned left on S 190th St. When the suspect realized
that was a dead end, he turned around and went back northbound on East Valley Rd. Alicia stopped following
and did not see where the suspect went after reaching SW 43rd St. During that sequence,Alicia at one point
pulled up next to the suspect and indicated she was calling the police. She got a good look at the suspect and
believes she would recognize him again. She described him as an "eastern European" looking male in his 30s,
dark hair, no glasses, and unknown facial hair. When I asked what she meant by eastern European, she said he
looked a shade or two darker than "white" but did not appear Asian.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

Alicia believed the suspect was intoxicated based on his driving. She said he was driving very slow and
stopping in traffic. When she pulled up next to him she said his face seemed blank, like he was intoxicated and
not registering the situation.
The suspect description is an approximate match to the registered owner of the BMW,Sukhjinder Singh (DOB
01/25/1985). 1 requested Kent PD check the registered owner's address to see if the car is there. I have not
heard back from them yet.
If I can identify a suspect I will write a supp and issue a citation.
