CONCRETE PLACEMENT: Continuous Inspection
MTC inspector on site, as requested, to observe the placement of approximately 10 CY of concrete with Mix Design ID #0934
supplied by CalPortland/282 into light pole base at the location noted above.
One set of five (4” x 8”) cylinders was cast for compressive strength test specimens. Refer to Report #5064 for field test results and
for more information.
Concrete was placed via concrete pump and truck chute, was mechanically consolidated and finished by hand.
To the best of MTC inspector's knowledge, the abovedescribed work was performed in general accordance with project
specifications and approved plans.
Work in progress. Additional inspection needed.
